Technical questions

Tell us your camera (sensor, lens, working distance) and what you’re calibrating. We’ll suggest a pattern, size and substrate — or tell you if a printed target will do.

Quotes, custom sizes and volume orders

Use the Request a quote form. It helps to include:

• Pattern type and size, or a file exported from our pattern generator
• Quantity and substrate (composite or ceramic)
• Shipping destination, and whether you need DDP or a purchase order

Orders and returns

Include your order number. For returns, see the Returns page first — it explains how to get a return number.
